Falls Youth Initiative - for kids and those who care about them. It’s the community, families, schools, law enforcement, congregations, youth organizations, health care, government, businesses, service clubs, and YOUTH working together to make Menomonee Falls the best place on earth to grow up! It’s a movement to give youth what they need to succeed in life, in work, as future parents, and as community members!
Falls Youth Initiative promotes the 40 Developmental Assets: concrete, positive experiences and qualities that are vital to growing up healthy and successful. Essential are long-term relationships with many positive adult role models, caring schools, opportunities to serve, and a community of people and places that value youth.
